10′ Cut on ocean front property line

In this project, the General Contractor had to excavate a 10’ cut at an ocean front property line without disturbing the structures on the adjacent property. Vibrations generated from conventional sheet piling would have caused severe damage to the neighbor’s pool and other structures, thus, the Engineers specified Terragrout by means of permeation grouting to provide the necessary excavation support.
